Sales Executive

Full Time

Responsible for achieving company’s sales target 


  1. Achieve weekly target of leads generation
  2. Network and build relationships to find new leads (potential clients) by attending business related events
  3. Follow up leads from every available channel (social media, referral, email/phone inquiries
  4. Pitch/present service offer to leads
  5. Provide and collect administrative data related to clients
  6. Setting up meeting and client’s onboarding
  7. Communicate client’s final service agreement to the team
  8. Provide monthly leads and sales report


  1. Bachelor's degree, any field (a degree related to Finance is a plus)
  2. Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
  3. Have min. 1 year experience in closing/selling, relationship management, or dealing with clients 
  4. Excellent communication and relation building skills
  5. Excellent sales skills: experience with pitching, handling & convincing clients, dealing with rejection
  6. Must have fluency in both oral and written English and Indonesian
  7. Good time management and multi-tasking skill
  8. Proactive, self-motivated, continuous learning
  9. Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  10. Available to start immediately
