We are looking for an excellent People & Organisation Officer to handle internal functions of the TMP People and Organisation Division of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external clients
- Responsible for employee database and attendance management
- Responsible for HR-related finance activities such as payroll calculation & payment (incl. PPh21), BPJS handling, reimbursement/claim handling, assets handling, events/engagement activities handling
- Handling courier schedule
- Maintaining good relationships with both internal and external clients
- Assist PO team to handle other PO related matters
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from a reputable university
- Have min. 2 years experience in the HR division, especially in recruitment. Experience in handling payroll is a plus (PPh21)
- Good interviewing skills
- Good knowledge of BPJS system and operation
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Excellent data management: organized, punctual, and accurate
- Have good English proficiency (both oral and written)
- Good people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated
