Account Executive

Full Time

Bridging both client and internal team communications throughout the cycle of TMP’s services.


  1. Acquiring new clients
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients 
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs
  4. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  5. Identify and manage opportunities to upsell and directly grow client’s existing services
  6. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  7. Manage the timeline, and making sure the service are delivered on time


  1. Bachelor's degree, any field (a degree related to Finance is a plus)
  2. Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
  3. Have min. 1 year experience in selling, relationship management, or dealing with clients 
  4. Excellent communication and relation building skills
  5. Excellent sales skills: experience with pitching, handling & convincing clients, dealing with rejection
  6. Must have fluency in both oral and written English and Indonesian
  7. Good time management and multi-tasking skill
  8. Proactive, self-motivated, continuous learning
  9. Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  10. Available to start immediately
